Account Manager (Full-time) - Paloma Paloma is looking for an energized and talented account manager. You’ll be responsible for managing clients & overseeing projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely together with our team of creatives, designers & freelancers. You’ll juggle multiple projects, keeping them on track, budget and brief.

Your responsibilities:
you’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients
you’ll determine & oversee the scope & planning of projects & pitches
you’ll work closely together with our team
you’ll own the delivery of all kinds of projects from initial concept to production
Who you are:
you have at least 3 years experience in AM/PM/producer role in a creative agency/studio (ideally with some experience in managing international clients as well)
you have a passion for creativity, design & realizing original & surprising ideas
you have innate problem solving skills to help you prioritize tasks & overcome obstacles
you have excellent verbal & written knowledge of English
you have great communication skills and an open-minded & collaborative mindset

Video Editor (Full-time) - Paloma Paloma is searching for a versatile and forward-thinking video editor to join our team. This role is not about one format or one platform. We’re looking for someone with a wide creative mindset and skillset, someone who feels just as comfortable editing social videos as crafting high-resolution DOOH content or dynamic aftermovies.

Your responsibilities:
you’ll proactively bring ideas and improvements to the table
you’ll collaborate with the creative team to shape strong visual stories
you’ll edit video content across formats, from social-first videos to high-resolution DOOH and aftermovies
you’ll experiment with new techniques, tools, and workflows to push creative quality
you’ll maintain clean, structured workflows and handle complex project files with care.
Who you are:
Premiere Pro and After Effects hold no secrets for you. You understand clean cutting, smooth motion, and efficient workflows, have your own go-to Media Encoder presets, and experience with color grading is a strong plus.
you’re familiar with Photoshop and Illustrator and understand how they work hand in hand with animation.

detail-oriented with a strong sense of timing, composition, humour and storytelling
comfortable working across different formats, platforms, and resolutions
a creative video editor with a broad focus and flexible mindset
