Paloma is looking for an energized and talented account manager. You’ll be responsible for managing clients & overseeing projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely together with our team of creatives, designers & freelancers. You’ll juggle multiple projects, keeping them on track, budget and brief.
Paloma is an independent campaign agency that likes to surprise people through content, experiences and film. It’s founded by Stephanie, Nathalie & Janne in January 2022 and currently works for clients like Netflix, Eastpak Belgium, News Records & more.

Your responsibilities:
- you serve as the main point of contact for clients
- you determine & oversee the scope & planning of projects & pitches
- you work closely together with our team
- you own the delivery of all kinds of projects from initial concept to production
Your experience & skills:
- at least 4 years experience in AM/PM/producer role in a creative agency/studio
(ideally with some experience in managing international clients as well) - a passion for creativity, design & realizing original & surprising ideas
- innate problem solving skills to help you prioritize tasks & overcome obstacles
- excellent verbal & written knowledge of English
- great communication skills and an open-minded & collaborative mindset
